This is a nice herbal. I made the mistake of leaving this on a cold windowsill for too long because it said to steep an entire 15 minutes, so I forgot about it and oversteeped, but it was still nice, not bitter. The mint is prominent but subdued by the licorice-y flavor of the fennel.
