The Black Forest Cake has a deep rich history as a premier European dessert. Traditionally made from chocolate cake brushed with cherry liquor, and layered with sweet, whipped cream for a show stopping delight. Our Black Forest Cake tea combines these decadent flavors with a rich black tea base for a guilt-free indulgence. If you prefer a less ascetic experience, serve as a latte and top with whipped crème, chocolate drizzle, and a maraschino cherry or two for an experience like no other.

Very tasty, but even better with a splash of something white to help bring out the more subtle flavors.

The cherry flavor tasted a bit too medicinal for me. I couldn't pick up the chocolate flavor much here.

A delicious dark chocolate tea with a hint of cherries. I add a bit of sweetener to bring out the flavors. I brewed this at a lower temperature (195F) to tone down any bitterness.

Nice chocolate aroma from the dry tea leaves, no cherries iny packet. 2 min @ 212. I can definitely taste the chocolate. There is a hint of cherry on the aftertaste. It would probably have more cherry flavor in a sample size with cherries in it. No bitterness or astringency noted. Good tea, just not for me with the caffeine.

Very chocolatey cup. Not as much cherry flavor as I would like. It was overall a little bitter for me.

A perfect cool Sunday afternoon sip, the chocolate was on point, the creme was there to mellow it out a bit, and the cherry added a sweet finish to this black tea.

Not a tea for me. The cherry flavor comes forward first and seems artificial. Chocolate follows the cherry flavor, but does't really help. I added oat milk, which took away the cherry flavor, but also diluted the chocolate. Okay to drink if offered, but not something I will add to my tea rotation.

yum! This tea is definitely chocolate forward, but the cherry comes through in the background. The sweet flavors blend nicely with the black tea. Nice mix of flavors! Makes an excellent latte!
