Green tea from the Fujian province of China. In professional tea terms, 'Pekoe' is actually just a grade of tea, referring to the size of the leaf. Many tea drinkers have seen this term on packages of everyday black teas (most famously, 'Orange Pekoe'). Our Green Pekoe is a lovely everyday green tea: delicate pale yellow liquor, soft texture and pleasant aroma like freshly roasted artichokes or okra. Slightly toasty and very balanced, mellow astringency. Steep at 180°F for 2 minutes

I really like the toasty flavor of this green. It was a flavor I find myself craving. I also enjoyed this as a blend in the TEA-ovanni Potage blend on Adagio.

Very tasty, mellow and a relaxing drink. Not particularly a standout, but with some yuzu peel added it really became a treat.

Very subtle but also very enjoyable. It wasn't very grassy but had an enjoyable, mild sweetness. I really liked this tea and was disappointed to learn Adagio is discontinuing it.

A mild, slightly grassy green tea. Not my favorite, but pleasant enough.

I can barely taste it. Not too far off from just hot water. I steeped 4min at about 180degF. I got an extremely light color and barely any distinguishable flavor.

Very basic green tea with a hint of sweetness. Not the best green tea I’ve had but also not the worst.

Mellow is a very good word to describe it. Although it's a green tea, it shares some tastes with white teas, leading to a delicate cup.

A solid green tea staple, a bit more bitter and less robust than some other blends that I've preferred (like sleeping dragon)

A very classic green tea. Light in flavor and very tasty.

A very good basic green tea with nice light vegetal flavors. Almost reminds me of a white tea
