A pretty good rendition of the namesake. It's got the coffeecake aspect down pat. Heavy on the cinnamon and cake notes, with a hint of apple in distant third, so recommended if you're going for the "coffeecake" aspect, but disrecommended if you're looking primarily for the "apple".

Pretty good, though a little astringent if left to steep even a little too long. I like that it wasn't too fruity but rather more of a dessert tea on the sweet, baked good tea with only a small hint of fruity. Reminds me of baked apples with some chai spices.

This'd make a really nice Fall/Winter tea. There's something toasty about it that really sells the "baked good" aspect of it, and works wonderfully with the apple and cinnamon flavors.
