A very good dessert tea. The scent of caramel is very strong but doesn't taste as artificial as a lot of dessert teas. Has a bit of a nutty flavor that isn't as heavy on the nose, but easier to taste than the caramel. It's also rare to find a rooibos that doesn't taste woody like a rooibos usually does. You kind of expect it to be sweet as a dessert tisane, but it's not, so add honey or sweetener if you prefer that.
