      The quality and taste varies a little from bottle to bottle, sometimes having a fuller, buttery popcorn like taste genmaicha is known for, but every once in a while I get one that's been slightly oversteeped and has a bit of a bite. Nothing too serious, and it's good regardless. Just pointing out there's some variation from one bottle or can to the next.
