Rooibos works really well with masala spices, it can easily oversteep however and get way too spicy

It's hard to find a decent approximation of chai in a teabag, and that goes double for decaf. This is pretty good, though! My favorite thing to do with it in hot weather is brew 2 bags, mix in some honey, let it cool in the fridge, and add a dash of cream before drinking.
