      Valerian root is not an enjoyable drink, and adding a bit of peppermint did nothing to change this. Look for higher quality tea with a larger blend profile. It does work.

      It's like they decided valerian root tasted terrible so they threw in peppermint? I don't know. Either way doesn't aid with sleep and tastes awful.

      I bought this tea since I heard valerian root is suppose to help with sleep. The aroma wasn’t great and the tea didn’t taste that good either. Didn’t help me sleep

      Valeraian root has a very pungent smell and taste. Not enjoyable

      It smells so bad I just can’t take it and I’m not sure if it helps with my sleep at all
