The taste is a blend of slightly sweet and bitter (the tea and the flower combined). Yin and Yang. Brew with less than boiling water. Liquor: No Aroma: No Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: No Flavors: No Brewing Time: 2 to 3 minutes Brewing Temperature: 175° F
