Nimbu is Hindi for lemon and that, together with caramel flavor, is what we added to Darjeeling to get this wonderful tea. Dry Leaves: Darjeeling is the base for this tea, so there are flakes of green amongst the medium brown leaves. Liquor: The liquor is medium to dark brown with a distinct reddish tint. Aroma: Indian Nimbu smells of citrus with a slightly sweet side. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: This tea has a medium body. Flavors: Indian Nimbu is both sweet with a caramel flavor and slightly bitter with a hint of grapefruit. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 212° F
