We love the look of the black leaf with a silver streak running through it. The taste is very "round" and satisfying. A great tea for afternoon enjoyment. Dry Leaves: Narrow, twisted, very dark brown leaf segments about 1/3 of an inch long, with fine silver tips mixed in. It is very rare (maybe unique) to have both black leaves and silver tips. Most times the tips would be golden. Liquor: Russet brown. Aroma: This tea is a lovely blend of honey, unsweetened chocolate, and faint apricot notes. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: New Vitankande is a mouth-filling tea. A real treat. Flavors: An intense blend of unsweetened chocolate tempered by a honey sweetness and a bit fruit. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 212° F
