"Before learning from Stanley Mason, tea was just a nice drink. He showed me how to make great teas and also taught me the traditions of tea. What he gave to me, I passed on down to my sons. Please enjoy this simple blend of Assam and Darjeeling." - John Harney Dry Leaves: The lighter leaves of the Darjeeling contrast the dark Assam. Liquor: A medium brown tea, lightened slightly by the Darjeeling. Aroma: The aromas are subduded. Those that are apparent are dark malt and citrus aromas. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: This is a nice medium bodied tea, just that way Stanley liked it. Flavors: Stanley did like his milk and sugar in his tea and this blend is a good canvas of mild dark honey and citrus. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 212° F
