Lung Chings are famous around the world as the some of the best Chinese green teas. This tea is made by a respected factory two hours outside of the traditional area, and high demand makes for expensive tea. Dry Leaves: The flat, narrow leaf is stiff and smooth with a spear-like shape, about an inch long. Though it looks like a single flat needle, the unit actually comprises two leaves and a bud joined at a stem. Liquor: Pale yellow. Aroma: Steamed baby bok choy and lightly toasted walnuts.
