formosa oolong
(1 review)This is the style of brown oolong that generations of Americans have loved. It is the toasty flavor that many enjoy. Don't worry about the stems, it is traditionally made this way in Taiwan. Dry Leaves: This tea is made up of dark brown leaves and stems. Liquor: Copper. Aroma: The aroma has nutty and toasty notes with subdued peach flavors underneath. Caffeine Level: Caffeinated Body: The oolong is medium bodied. Flavors: Subtle sweet notes of peaches and roasted carrots covered by toasted walnuts. Brewing Time: 4 to 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 205° F

Toasty toasty tea! I love oolongs with a bit of a toastyness to them, and the color is so beautiful. But beneath the smoke, there's a faint fruitiness. Delicious.
