Your late-night superhero The idea came at about 2 in the morning one chilly night. David had a cold. He'd been drinking cup after cup of ginger tea, but there was a problem. His ginger tea had a ton of caffeine. His throat felt great, but he couldn't get any sleep. Something had to be done. Way too much ginger in this tea, and the pepper doesn’t help make it any more palatable.

So, I love ginger, but I hate stevia. It was my fault for not looking at the label, but I wasn't expecting a tea (much less one labeled "organic") to include stevia in there. You are better off brewing some plain old ginger.
