How do we like to start our mornings? With this irresistibly rich, creamy and slightly tart fruit infusion inspired by our favourite muffin. Bursting with crisp apple, raisins, carrot, yogurt and freshly picked blueberries, it’s a tea worth waking up for. Feeling adventurous? Add it to your oatmeal for an extra pop of flavour. I am a megafan of all things blueberry, and I have to say this was good, but also kind of odd and didn't at all taste like blueberry. The scent is somewhat like a blueberry muffin, but first obvious taste is apple and hibiscus. A lot of teas do this to try to imitate a blueberry flavor, and it personally doesn't do it for me. I will say that I do like that they tried to tame the tart flavor of the apple and hibiscus with carrot and beetroot, which is a very interesting move.
Overall the odd combo of flavors do not at all taste like a blueberry muffin, but they do complement each other well, though they don't exactly mix and you can taste each ingredient individually.
