Our friend VeeVee is our conduit into great teas from Anhui Province. She finds great teas from Keemun and other parts. This year we bought this green tea from her. We liked its meaty almost bacon like flavors.

      Aroma extremely mild, light grassiness with touch of sweetness.

      Flavor also very mild, lightly smoky (more like pan cooked smoke than wood smoke) wilted spinach with light sweetness.
