They commissioned this tea as a way to raise money for this worthy cause. The AOH will receive a portion of the sales of this tea to help further their charitable and scholarship programs. The tea that is most drunk in Ireland comes from Kenya, so we developed a strong tea from 2 tea estates in Kenya. It can handle the milk & sugar that most Irish like to add. Slainte!

Small leaf size makes this a nice strong brew. Very similar to standard Irish Breakfast, but with a bit more punch, I think. Nice to know that some proceeds go to the AOH to help promote the Irish heritage!
