In the mountains outside of Anxi in northwestern Hunan Province, spring comes late. Even when the days warm up, the nights are quite cool. It is here where these big leaves are plucked off of wild tea trees in the forest. This creates a very special flavor, unlike the domesticated tea plants that grow in rows. Mike & Elvira tasted this tea and thought you would enjoy a tea that is complex & sweet.
