I like how the fruit adds to the chamomile, making it a little bit tastier than the usual nighttime tea.

I don't really feel like it made my nighttime routine any more effective, but it was a nice tea. Chamomile has never been one of my favorite tea flavors but it's well balanced enough to mitigate my distaste.
