I tried this tea for inflammation, not its main intended use. Nice taste and it seemed to help. But then I discovered I'm allergic to chamomile so I can't drink this tea anymore. But I do highly recommend it for easing inflammation symptoms/issues.

I ran across this one over a year ago, and I love it! I enjoy a cup several times a week... daily when it's that time of the month, and I

can really tell a difference in my monthly symptoms.

I love this tea, the raspberry is a little tart but it’s also sweet. It really helps with cramps. And it’s a delicious tea.

I admit I was skeptical about this tea, but it really is helpful with cramps. The flavor is pleasant too.

Really thought the first time I drank this I was experiencing a placebo effect and felt some relief during my lady time but every time I was in discomfort I drank this tea and it was great! And just to prove to myself that it was not just me I gave it to my sister and she also felt a difference in comparison to other teas. Hope this helps! Oh an it tastes pretty good and enough where I didn't need sugar or anything.

I can't believe I've never tried this tea before. It might be my new favorite. Fox Trot has been my favorite tea for nearly a decade and this one is very similar with a dash of caffeine
