I steeped this tea for 3 minutes @212 degrees. I also added a little sweetener and it was perfect. A great earl grey with a nice refreshing lavender flavor. I really enjoyed it

Warm and inviting taste. I steep mine for four minutes, and I use two "perfect teaspoons" for a big 20-ounce mug. The floral taste is strong; it does affect the bergamot flavor. But it's still delicious.
