I thought we'd like this one more than we did since my husband drinks cherry flavored tea exclusively. However this one was medicinal tasting and we couldn't get it to brew correctly no matter how many different temps and water volumes we tried.

I like delicate whites and frankly if they pick up a bitter edge, I lose interest. This is my all time favorite tea. Hard hit of cherry (likely enhanced with artificial flavoring, it is very strong) with a hint of rose. You have to brew it at a lower temp, 175°F, to get the most from it. Other than that adjust how much you use to alter the flavor hit. I go one tsp, for 2 min and then dump over ice. It is an incredibly refreshing iced tea. It is okay hot, but iced it is everything you could ever want on a hot summer day.
