I like delicate whites and frankly if they pick up a bitter edge, I lose interest. This is my all time favorite tea. Hard hit of cherry (likely enhanced with artificial flavoring, it is very strong) with a hint of rose. You have to brew it at a lower temp, 175°F, to get the most from it. Other than that adjust how much you use to alter the flavor hit. I go one tsp, for 2 min and then dump over ice. It is an incredibly refreshing iced tea. It is okay hot, but iced it is everything you could ever want on a hot summer day.
