Egypt provides us with the finest chamomile flowers of which we use only flower heads - no extenders. This produces a tisane with definite body. Dry Leaves: Dark yellow Chamomile flowers and chamomile pollen. Liquor: The liquor of our chamomile is a bright clear yellow. Aroma: A light floral smell with a subtle smell of apples. Caffeine Level: Caffeine Free Body: Nice body for a caffeine-free herbal. Flavors: Very subtle apple flavors can be found in our mellow chamomile. Brewing Time: 5 minutes Brewing Temperature: 212° F

      I'm not the biggest fan of just straight chamomile. I generally prefer it with additional flavors such as peach or mint, but this is a pretty good basic chamomile.
