'Ceylon Waltz' is a lively tea from the Vithanakande estate, in the Deniyaya region of Sri Lanka. In colonial times, this island nation was known as Ceylon. This name is still used to describe all teas grown here. Ceylon tea is bright and lively, medium-bodied and delightfully tangy. Ceylon Waltz's leaves are marked by long silver buds that soften and add depth. This tea offers a smooth and subtle flavor, layered with notes of red fruits, and just a hint of malt. Steep at 212°F for 3-5 minutes
One of my favorites - not too complicated, just simple and delicious.
