These lovely pearls are made from white peony leaves that are hand-shaped. Each pearl is of the larger variety, weighing on average 3.5 to 4 grams. Once steeped, the cup reveals classic white peony notes of melon and cucumber, a little mineral flintiness and just a hint of honey. Perfect for on-the-road brewing and multiple steepings. Steep at 180°F for 3-5 minutes
