type: herbal

origin: south africa rooibos

caffeine: no-caffeine

price level: $$$$

Green rooibos is a lighter bodied, un-oxidized version of the traditional "red tea." Its natural fruitiness is a perfect base for tropical flavors. Our Key West blend of sweet passionfruit, luscious mango and a hint of tangy apricot will whisk you away to the sunny shores and ocean breezes of Papa's paradise. Naturally caffeine-free for your "Sunset Celebration." Steep at 212°F for 5 minutes

      Delicious tea! It's the fruity/floral version of the biscuity/cookie like Green Rooibos Bonita. It's a very herbal tea. Smells floral and light in the bag. Once brewed the fruit comes out a bit. As it cools, the taste gets milder. If you like green rooibos, you'll love this!

      Spoiler: I hate rooibus (but I love Key West, so I wanted to like this one). This was far too weak. I steeped at 212 for 5 minutes, tasted nothing, steeped another 5 minutes. It was still mildly sweet hot water, that was about it. I've tried over 20 Adagio teas and love most of em, this one though was a no-go.

      Passionfruit, mango, and apricot take a light and fruity rooibos base and elevate it to a gentle yet robust bombshell of flavor that doesn't overpower your tastebuds.

      The fruity flavors are a bit muted, but the rooibos green is still delightful.

      Green rooibos's sweet taste is the perfect base for these tropical flavors. Very nice!

      Palm trees, caffeine free;

      Green leaves dancing in the breeze;

      Two cups, if you please!

      Had this iced, and while it was a clean taste, it was just very weak. If you double the amount it’s better

      A summery tea that works well hot or cold. Pairs very nicely with addition of a few hibiscus flowers. There is a subtle lime flavor, but it is quite subtle.

      I thought this tea was too subtly flavored for me.

      An interesting mix of fruit and floral - definitely a unique tea, perfect for tea lovers who want to try something a bit different. 😊

      What a nice fruity tea! I loved that the green roobios was not overpowering and you could taste all the fruit. It made a great iced tea.

      The tea was just too fruity for me! It over-powered the tea taste and provided a whole new flavor profile on its own. The passionfruit, mango, and apricot flavors were all very strong. Not my cup of tea, but I know others would like it more.
