  • Hazelnut

    

I love the adagio hazelnut flavor. i especially love it in the honeybush. Here, the black tea kind of overpowers the hazelnut, and it's a little bitter. I always brew according to the directions on the package, so not sure what happened there. Still a good hazelnut flavor, better in the honeybush though.

  • Red Zinger

    

All of the zinger teas are very artificial tasting. I liked some more than others, but this one was particularly artificial to me. I won't be returning for more. I didn't finish the box, and left it in the breakroom at work for others to take... And it was there for a long time, no one else wanted this artificial stuff either.

  • Green Rooibos Blueberry

    

One of my favorite adagio teas!!! Lovely, delicate, refreshing. Great hot and cold. Similar to the blueberry white, but it's caffeine free. Lovely tea!

  • White Pear

    

Very delicate fruit flavor. Not too sweet. not too artificial. Not a distinct pear flavor, just a delicate fruit flavor. Only tried this cold and it was very refreshing.

  • Spiced Apple Chai

    

Apple pie in a cup. Deliciously spicy as a chai should be. Tried on its own and with milk and honey, more spicy on its own, more fruity with the milk and honey. If you like apple pie, you'll love this!

  • Honeybush Wild Berry

    

Tastes a bit artificial, but still pretty good. Can taste blueberry and some cough syrup under that. It's definitely better cold, as the fruitiness comes out, but the other honeybush teas are better.

  • White Tangerine

    

Can't really taste the tangerine, tastes mostly like white tea. I like white tea, but this isn't anything particularly special. Was expecting more citrus.

  • Raja Oolong Chai

    

This one is too sweet for me. In the bag, almost only cinnamon. Tried this hot in its own, and it's also very cinnamony, can't really taste the other spices, not as balanced as other adagio chais. I added milk and honey as I usually do to chai, and it became too sweet for me. It's ok, but I prefer other chais.

  • Maple Creme Oolong

    

Very nice balanced blend of sweet and spices. Very mild, almost chai flavor. But the black tea is stronger than the spices. If you want a milder chai, I would recommend this.

  • Pumpkin Spice

    

Tastes as expected. Reminiscent of a mild chai, but there is a slight bitterness. I added milk and honey as I would a chai, after I asted it without, and the spice comes out more. Yummy tea!

  • Green Rooibos Key West

    

Delicious tea! It's the fruity/floral version of the biscuity/cookie like Green Rooibos Bonita. It's a very herbal tea. Smells floral and light in the bag. Once brewed the fruit comes out a bit. As it cools, the taste gets milder. If you like green rooibos, you'll love this!

  • Passionfruit Tango Iced Tea

    

One of my favorite adagio teas! Warm and inviting. The spices come out more if brewed hot, the fruit more once cooled. There is a slightness tartness to the fruit, it's not really sweet. And the spices balance well with the fruit. Love this tea!

  • White Fuzzy Navel

    

The flavor is very mild. But it's nice and refreshing. i would add more than is directed (maybe my teaspoons weren't "heaping" enough when I brewed). The smell is kind of incredible, very peach and orange, and enticing.

  • White Strawberry

    

Very light and refreshing tea. Compared to the strawberry basil, I would recommend that one first, hence the half star removed. That one has something extra special, and this is too plain compared to that one. There is also a slight medicinal taste and smell to this one, not sure if it's the cornflower, but it goes away as the tea cools. Otherwise, taste as expected. Good tea!

  • Vanilla Green

    

I barely taste anything in this tea. I followed the brew instructions as usual. I just get a very mild green tea flavor, with n even slighter vanilla flavor. Mostly tastes like water. I should have added more tea and brewed longer than instructed. The vanilla is good, but it's just so so mild.

  • White Peach

    

Very light, refreshing, peach tea! Just as expected. It's not too artificial, the flavor of the peach balances well with the white tea. Only had this hot, but can imagine this would be wonderful iced as well.

  • Fiery Cinnamon Spice

    

I LOVE this tea! If you like cinnamon, you will love this. it's actually more sweet than "fiery" but it does pack a punch of cinnamon flavor.

  • Cinnamon

    

In the bag, VERY mild cinnamon scent. Once brewed, smells a bit like a cinnamon pastry. Very different from the fiery cinnamon spice. Much more mild, not spicy at all. I was expecting more of a punch. It's still good and tastes like cinnamon!

  • Vanilla Oolong

    

I LOVE the adagio vanilla flavor, and this doesn't disappoint. Very strong vanilla smell from the bag. The oolong has a bit of a dirt smell that appears under the vanilla, but once brewed, it's just vanilla. Yummy!

  • Lemon Soleil

    

In the bag, VERY strong lemon smell. Almost a lemon cleaner scent. It's very overpowering. i personally like it, though I see how it might be too much for someone. Once brewed, I can barely taste lemon. It's there, but not as expected from the scent in the bag. It's mostly just black tea.

  • Candy Apple

    

Very mild apple and caramel smell from the bag. VERY mild. Once brewed, it's also a mild scent. This tastes more like apple pie than candy apple. I get some spice in the background. overall, a good tea, but was expecting more candy and less pie.

  • Rooibos Almond

    

In the bag, strong marzipan/almond smell. i love marzipan, so i was excited to try this. Once brewed, it just tastes like rooibos. Hot and cold, just red rooibos. Kind of dissapointing.

  • Rooibos Orange

    

Pretty good! I generally don't prefer rooibos teas, but tried this because it was on sale. It almost tastes like cinnamon oil, strangely. In the bag, smells like orange more than peel. Once brewed, just smells like rooibos. But slightly spicy with orange. A bit like candy, and a little sweet. I like it!

  • Summer Night

    

Surprisingly sweet! Not really my favorite, I don't really like me tea too sweet. But the flavor itself is surprising. nice combination of fruit and herbs. Can't taste the mint at all, which makes me happy. Overall, a good tea, but not my favorite because of the sweetness. In the bag, smalls like cinnamon, and once brewed smells like orange.

  • Decaf Hazelnut Cinnamon Creme

    

This is creamy with a slight cinnamon taste and a mild nutty flavor. The title is appropriate, it tastes exactly as expected. Not disappointed with this one! I only tried this hot, no milk nor sugar, just on its own. I don't think this one needs anything. The flavors blend well together and no one overpowers the others. Very blaanced, very good!

  • White Chai

    

So pleasantly surprised with this one! Was hesitant with the coconut and pineapple (I generally don't like those flavors), but I LOVE chai, so I want to try all of ones in the adagio catalog. In the bag, this smells unpleasant, like astringent. But once brewed, it has a mild spicy smell. This is delicious, refreshing, the spices blend well together. i also always drink chai with milk and honey and I thought this one did not need it. I tasted no coconut nor pineapple (which I was happy about) just white tea, slightly sweet, and spices.

  • Watermelon Cooler Iced Tea

    

This is one of my favorite adagio teas!!! I drink it all summer long! More of a light apple flavor than watermelon, but still very refreshing and juicy! Great iced tea for the summer.

  • Raspberry Zinger

    

All of the zinger teas taste artificial to me. This one was a bit tart, which I enjoyed more than the others. but they're just not for me. With sugar, they just taste like a soda or candy, which isn't what I want with tea.

  • Wild Berry Zinger

    

All of the zinger teas taste very artificial to me. This one was the worst of the bunch in my opinion. The other fruits are less fake tasting. If you add a lot of sugar, this almost tastes like a berry soda or candy. Not really for me.

  • Bengal Spice

    

I was actually surprised how tasty this tea is! Nice cinnamon spice herbal tea. Very strong cinnamon oil flavor. And there's a sweetness to it. Love it for desert.

  • SPICED CHAI BLACK TEA BAGS

    

I got this tea because I couldn't find the Tazo chai tea anywhere and was craving a chai. This isn't the same, of course, but it hit the spot. A little too much cinnamon for my taste, not balanced with the spices, but if you're looking for something cheap, this is fine.

  • EARL GREY

    

Just as expected, a cup of earl gray. Nothing special. But it's pretty good!

  • Rooibos Vanilla Chai

    

I love chai, and this isn't my favorite. It has a strange aftertaste, can't put my finger on it. It's almost plastic in flavor. Nice spice, but that aftertaste really throws me off. Can't smell it in the bag, but can smell and taste once brewed. I tried this hot only, on its own and with honey and milk and can still taste it.

  • Honeybush

    

This is a very good tea, but it's a bit too simple. The flavor is very mild. I would recommend a flavored honeybush more than this plain one. High quality and tasty, but there are just better honeybush options (the hazelnut or the vanilla one are SO GOOD!).

  • Honeybush Hazelnut

    

The best simple caffeine free tea adagio has to offer! It's one of my favorites. I mix this with the vanilla and chocolate honeybush teas to make a nutella tea, and it's perfect! Great on its own, and great for blending with other teas.

  • Honeybush Chocolate

    

Very nice simple chocolate tea! I usually mix this with the vanilla and hazelnut teas to make a nutella tea. Delicious caffeine free desert tea!

  • Honeybush Vanilla

    

The adagio vanilla is very delicious! This is a simple tea, but if you like vanilla, you'll love this. I sometimes mix this with the honeybush chocolate and the honeybush hazelnut to make a nutella tea, and it's delicious! Good for blending with other flavors if you want to add some vanilla. Great simple tea.

  • Double Ginger

    

I LOVE this tea! Definitely packs a punch. Very flavorful, if you love ginger you'll love this! And if i have a stomach ache, this is like a miracle. Reccomend!

  • Green Rooibos Citron

    

I LOVE the green rooibos bonita, and was hoping for something similar to that, but this is not that at all. It's a completely different flavor. It's strangely slightly creamy. The citrus tastes a bit like it's creamsicle flavored, but not like an orange creamsicle, like if lemon rinds were creamsicled. It's not as expected.

  • Elderberry Wine

    

This was the first adagio tea i did not like at all. Very herby, kind of bitter. Can't taste any berries, no elderberry. not reminiscent of wine. It sort of tastes like dill, maybe? Can't put my finger on it, but there is a strong herbal taste that overpowers everything else. Not refreshing. not flavorful, just not good at all to me.

  • Caramel

    

One of my favorite black teas from Adagio. Great to blend with other flavors. it's a true, mild, sweet caramel flavor. Tastes as expected. I mix this with the cream sometimes to have a more flavorful cup.

  • Pina Colada

    

I personally don't like coconut. This is all coconut. I keep receiving samples of this and just give them away. It's all just suntan lotion for me. If you like that kind of flavor, you will love this, but it's just not for me.

  • Fruit Medley

    

Kind of tastes like a compote. Reminds me polish teas from childhood, from the bag. Light in flavor, good mix of fruit. Not my favorite, but tastes like the name suggests. I only had this cold. it's like a light flavored juice.

  • Kentucky Bourbon

    

This is my least favorite adagio tea! I was expecting more bourbon, but this is all smoke. Like campfire smoke, no bourbon flavor at all. I know some people like this, but just not for me.

  • Blue Mango Iced Tea

    

I love all of the blue and purple teas from Adagio! This si similar to the bella luna blue, if you've had that. Strong fruit flavor in the package, but once brewed it's mostly lemongrass. Delicious, and the blue makes it fun, but it's not really mango tasting. Still bought a big bag of this! But don't expect too much mango flavor.

  • Rooibos Mango

    

I generally am not a huge fan of red rooibos, but I am going through the whole adagio catalog, and have been surprised sometimes. I love mango, so i had high hopes for this. Ala, it's kind of astringent and a bit rotten tasting, like rotting fruit. not really mango. I may have had a bad batch, but this wasn't very good in the sample I tried.

  • Butterscotch

    

I tried this last year, I bought a sample. And recently i had a CommuniTEA packet of it. Both times, this smells and tastes more like chocolate than butterscotch. butterscotch is there, but I wish it was more prominent than the chocolate. once it cools, the chocolate comes out even more. i was little disappointed in this blend. It's still delicious, but not true butterscotch.

  • Bella Luna Blue

    

I love this tea! One of my favorites! In the bag, blueberries and lemongrass. once brewed, it's mostly lemongrass, but it's blue! I tried this with the green rooibos blueberry to get more blueberry and it was very delicious. Definitely try this tea when you can!

  • Earl Grey Bella Luna

    

This is one of my favorite adagio teas, I wish it was more readily available! In the bag, smells like lemongrass and blueberries. Once brewed, it's mostly just lemongrass. but it's blue! This is a fun, simple, delicious tea! I tried it with the green rooibos blueberry to ghee more of the blueberry flavor out and it was also delicious. Try it when you can!!

  • Blood Orange

    

This was one of the first Adagio teas I tried, and recently tried again in my Communitea packet. It's very strong smelling in the pack, smells like orange rind. But once brewed, the hibiscus takes over. Not a bad tea, but wish it had more orange than hibiscus flavor.

  • PEACH

    

One of my favorite Adagio black teas! Flavor is as expected for a peach tea. This is great iced in the summer. I never sweeten my tea, and this tasted fine without any sweetener. Delicious!

  • Green Rooibos Bonita

    

Lovely, refreshing herbal tea! The first time I tried this, I thought it tasted like a sesame cookie, or another cookie that wasn't too sweet. Very pleasant herbal flavor!

  • Honeybush Mango

    

I LOVE all of the Adagio honeybush teas....except this one. I also love mango flavored things, but this just did not work for me. It tasted like the fruit went bad, like rancid mangos. Did not even finish the sample bag!

  • White Grapefruit

    

This is a refreshing one, but the taste is very mild. Usually with grapefruit I would expect something stronger or more tart. It's good, just not what I expected.

  • Gingerbread

    

Not very bread, but very ginger. I was hoping for it to have a more vanilla or just general cookie flavor. It's an ok tea, just not what I was expecting.

  • Forest Berries

    

There's a mild berry taste, but there's also something astringent to this, I can't put my finger on it. It's not a bad tea, I drank the whole sample bag, but it's not my favorite. I wish it tasted more like berries.

  • Summer Rose

    

My favorite Adagio black tea! Lovely rose taste!!! Reminds me of a rose jam my aunt used to make, we had tons if it in the fridge and I would eat spoonfuls of it. Smells like roses. Just a lovely tea!

  • Cream

    

One of my favorite Adagio black teas, mainly because it blends so well with many of the other flavors. It's a mild taste, but definitely creamy.

  • Lemongrass Ginger

    

Tastes just like lemongrass ginger! Nothing special, nothing surprising, a whole lot of delicious!

  • Turmeric Bliss

    

One of the teas I have a big bag of in my collection! Very tasty and refreshing. The turmeric is very balanced with the fruit. Not too sweet. Definitely better hot. Cold it just tastes like a cut of turmeric water, but warm the fruit comes out. Good for very cold winter days.

  • Berry Creme Compote

    

This tea was too strong for my taste and had a strange aftertaste. Kind of bitter, and unpleasant. Maybe I got a bad bag, I gota free sample with my rewards points. But I just did not like this at all. Just a melange of really strong rosehip and hibiscus flavors with other fruit. too too much

  • Masala Chai

    

One of the best chais I've ever had. I always add honey and either almond milk or casher milk to my chai. This has the perfect blend of spices. I find it similar to the Tazo one, though that one is my absolute favorite. This is a close second.

  • Kona Pineapple

    

Tastes just like pineapple. Not my favorite flavor, hence the lower star rating. But I am trying all of the adagio teas, so I gave this a try. It's a good tropical flavor of tea, but just not for me.

  • Yuletide Toddy

    

In the bag, very yankee candle. Too strong, was hesitant to taste it, but gave it a try. too much fruit, too much spice, just too much. However, nce brewed, the smell mellows out, and the flavor is not as strong as expected. Only tried hot, but it tastes like a spiced compote. Very tasty mix of flavors. I didn't brew it too strong because of how strong it smelled in the bag, and it made a nice decaf cup of tea!

  • Peach Serenity

    

Very reminiscent of the peach David's tea, though not as swet, so I think it's better. If you like that tea, but one a less sweet version, this is perfect. The flavor itself isn't peach enough for me though, it tastes more like apples to me.

  • White Strawberry Basil

    

Very unique and refreshing tea! You can taste both the strawberry and the basil, though the basil is stronger. A dried basil, not fresh, which does have a different flavor. Great iced and hot, one of my go to white teas from adagio.

  • Sour Apple

    

This has a very accurate sour apple flavor. but that means it's very artificial. Like sour apply jolly ranchers or something like that. It's good, but I prefer other fruit teas from adagio.

  • Wild Strawberry

    

My favorite of the fruit tea blends! WIld strawberry flavor is hard to find in the US, it's not as popular so this makes me very happy! It's tastes just like wild strawberries. I love it iced. Very juicy and refreshing. And it's not just rosehips and hibiscus, there's other fruit in it, which makes this just a better tea.

  • Honeybush Pumpkin Chai

    

My favorite herbal chai!!!! I drink this every day in the winter! A good caffeine free alternative tastes very similar to a black tea chai, or the masala chai from adagio. I always add honey and almond or cashew milk to this, a good desert tea.

  • White Blueberry

    

Delicious white blend! Better than the Tazo white blueberry, this actually tastes like blueberries. Tazo has a good blueberry flavor, tastes natural, so I enjoy this. Great iced and hot. It's very refreshing and pleasant.

  • PEACH TRANQUILITY HERBAL TEA

    

One of my favorite peach teas! It's not too sweet, actually tastes like peach. Very good hot and iced. I consider this a desert tea, these teavana teas in the bag are slightly sweet, but it's not like David's tea. It's delicious!

  • MANGO FRUIT TEA

    

Can't really taste the mango, but can smell it in the tin. There are mango pieces in the tea, but I wish there were more. These blends are just mostly artificially flavored rosehips and hibiscus, so it's dissapointing.

  • STRAWBERRY-KIWI FRUIT TEA

    

Of these artificially falvored rosehip and hibiscus teas, this is the best one in my opinion. It smells like kiwi strawberry in the tin. And tastes like it too , once brewed. Wish it had more strawberry and kiwi fruit pieces, these are all mostly rosehips and hibiscus.

  • PEACH FRUIT TEA

    

Can't taste peach at all. This is basically just rosehips and hibiscus, like most of these fruit blends from Harney and Sons. The others have a bit of an artificial flavor to them, but this one I can't taste the peach at all. Even in the tin, can't smell it much either.

  • ORANGE-PASSION FRUIT TEA

    

I find that most of these harney & sons fruit teas are just rosehips and hibiscus with artificial flavoring. Good quality, but it's still nothing spectacular. This one is no exception. Kind of a fruity orange flavor, but basically just rosehips or hibiscus

  • BLOOD ORANGE FRUIT TEA

    

VERY orange scent from the tin. I find that most of these fruit teas are just flavored rosehips and hibiscus. But this one actually has a bit of an orange flavor once brewed, and it smells very strongly of orange rind. It's pretty good, but it's still basically just rosehips and hibiscus.

  • CHAMOMILE MINT HERBAL TEA

    

I don't like mint teas, but the chamomile helped in this. It's mild, good for bedtime.

  • CHAMOMILE MANGO HERBAL TEA BAGS

    

I drink this on a daily basis! Fuity, light, pleasant, refreshing. Definitely no mango nor chamomile, just a juicy flavor. Perfect iced for summer!

  • CRANBERRY APPLE HERBAL TEA BAGS

    

Tastes like a yankee candle in the fall. It's just too much, too artificial, too pungent almost.

  • I LOVE LEMON HERBAL TEA BAGS

    

This is definitely lemon, but not a pleasant lemon .Very bitter. And has some herbal/astringent quality to it. More of a rind than juice flavor. Not my favorite tea.

  • Lavender Lemon

    

One of my top 10 adagio teas! Tastes similar to Trix, for some reason, but a natural fruity Trix. Delicious iced!

  • Passionfruit Tango

    

One of my favorite Adagio teas! Has a fruity and spicy flavor, perfect iced in summer, but hot in winter. Tastes similar to Pomegranante Grove.

  • Pomegranate Grove

    

One of my favorite Adagio teas! delicious balance of fruity and a slight spicy flavor. Good iced or hot, and good in summer or winter. Just one of those all year round herbal/fruit teas! Tastes similar to Passionfruit tango.

  • Earl Grey Lavender

    

Very unique flavor! The lavender is pretty strong, but I like lavender. If brewed too strong, has a bit of an astringent flavor, but when brewed properly, it's delicious. Definitely recommend if you like Lavender!

  • Butterscotch Blondie

    

Love Tazo teas, but this was a little disappointing. Should be more vanilla or even caramel, but the licorice was too strong.

  • Awake English Breakfast

    

This tea is best iced. My favorite iced black tea on its own. Doesn't need sugar, lovely taste. Delicious!

  • Vanilla Bean Macaron

    

Too sweet for me, the vanilla was very heavy in this one. If you like vanilla, you'll love this, but it didn't even really taste like tea, it was too vanilla.

  • Berry Blossom White

    

This is my absolute favorite white tea! Starbucks used to have this on their menu a one of the iced tea and I drank it every day. it's so light and refreshing, just needs to be brewed properly because it can be bitter.

  • Glazed Lemon Loaf Herbal Tea

    

I used to drink this tea on a daliy basis at work back when I was still in the office. I was losing weight, and this was a great tea when I wanted something reminiscent of a dessert without the calories. It's delicious! Tastes like a lemon cake. Reminiscent of the Bigelow lemon ginger tea, but this is slightly sweeter.

  • Cucumber White

    

Not the worst white tea, but not the best either. I could barely taste the cucumber. The white tea itself is good, but the low review comes from the lack of cucumber flavor.

  • Golden Turmeric Chai

    

Don't really get a chai flavor initially, just in the aftertaste. Even in the bag, smells more like turmeric than anything else. Very strong turmeric flavor once brewed. I like turmeric, BUT I would recommend the turmeric bliss from Adagio over this one, it's lighter in flavor and the flavors int hat one mesh better, nothing overpowers the others.

  • Apricot

    

Light apricot flavor, though there is something astringent in it as well, though it doesn't take away from the mild fruity flavor. Nothing particularly exciting about this tea, it's just as expected. Delicious!

  • Cherry

    

Very cherry flavor! And not a marzipan flavor, but it does taste like tart cherries. I think I prefer this one to the almond adagio one, though they are similar in flavor. This one is juicier nd definitely fruity. Good black fruit tea!

  • Wild Sweet Orange

    

This is my favorite orange tea. It's very orange! Tart, sweet, refreshing. Good hot or cold. No spice, like most orange teas have, which I don't like. Like an orange rind with orange juice. So delicious!

  • Watermelon Cooler

    

This is my favorite Adagio tea. I am an avid herbal tea drinker, and this is the pinnacle of a refreshing iced tea. Better cold than hot. Doesn't taste too much like watermelon, but has a light, fruity taste (more apple than watermelon). Lovely color. Just plain god!

  • Country Peach Passion

    

This is my favorite tea! Lightly sweet, very refreshing. Good hot or cold. And it's decaf so you can drink it all day! Not as peachy as it should be, but it still has a delicious fruity flavor. I recommend this to anyone.
