I'm not a fan of bergamot but if you are, this is a good one. Strong, smooth and full of orange flavor too.

Mild, unspecific berry flavor. The black tea had a nice flavor but was too astringent for me.

  • Toasted Mate

    

Nice smoky aroma to start that diminishes to a warm, nutty, chestnut flavor. Full-bodied with a very clean finish. Really enjoyable alternative to regular tea!

Very nice, tart cup with a beautiful color. Great summer tea, and wonderful iced.

  • Conga

    

Nice rich, smooth black tea. Brewed at a lower temperature it wasn't bitter and had a nice amount of astringency. The fruit flavors were weak though, and not distinctively of any particular type. Tangy and citrusy a bit.

  • Lavender Lemon

    

What a wonderful, tasty blend. Lemon is the strongest flavor, but it's smooth and a little sweet and not tangy or harsh at all. The cup is soft and soothing with a lavender aroma that doesn't overpower. Very nice!

  • Papaya Pouchong

    

The oolong tea is very tasty: soft, full and flavorful without bitterness or grassy-green notes. But the papaya and fruit flavors didn't come through.

  • White Tropics

Delightful white tea with lots of flavor. The tea has no bitterness. Pineapple is the star flavor with coconut adding a rich, smoothness to the cup. Very nice!

  • Key Lime Herbal

Odd lime flavor and very, very tart. Perhaps would be better with sweetener but I prefer my teas without and this was just too sour for me.

  • Decaf Peach

    

Really yummy, juicy peach flavor in a great decaf black tea. The tea has just enough astringency and no bitterness like Adagio's caffeinated version. Delicious!

I love hibiscus, but not with this black tea. The tea was flavorful but quite bitter.

Nice black tea base; quite astringent but not bitter. Aroma of cherries, but tastes mostly of blackberries in the new blend. A little rose flavor.

  • Green Rooibos Bonita

Green rooibos's sweet taste is the perfect base for these tropical flavors. Very nice!

  • Mango Green

Light, moderately astringent green tea with a dry finish. The mango isn't overpowering and adds a nice, sweet fruity flavor.

  • Summer Rose

    

Very aromatic of lovely roses. The Ceylon tea is not my favorite; it is a little bitter even when brewed at a lower temperature. But makes a nice contrast to the rose.

  • Dewy Cherry

Very nice cherry flavor. Tart and sweet with a beautiful red color in the cup.

  • White Fuzzy Navel

  • Coconut

    

Brewed at a lower temperature, the bitterness of the Ceylon tea is warded off. Once brewed a nice, sweet coconut aroma comes out. The coconut flavor is mild but very tasty.

  • Darjeeling Puttabong Summer

Very smooth but light black tea with a mild but full flavor. Only a little astringency hot, but more pronounced as it cools.

Really delicious tea! Smooth, slightly mineral green tea with fruit flavors.

  • Orange

    

The Ceylon tea is very bitter and lingeringly astringent. Brewed at 190°, it still was bitter. The orange flavoring isn't too strong, but tastes a bit off. Just not to my taste I guess.

  • Citrus Mint Green

    

Great blend! Smooth, mellow green tea base with bright and snappy spearmint and fresh lemon flavors.

  • Dragon Fruit Dream

    

Really nice herbal blend. It has a light floral aroma and a tangy-sweet flavor. Pineapple seems to be a big player here, but the fruity dragon fruit competes for top honors. Loved it hot, but am sure it would fabulous iced as well.

  • Pina Colada

    

Nice herbal blend. A little too tart for me, but good strong flavor. Coconut flavor is mild, and the pineapple is a little weak.

  • Decaf Mango

    

Really nice decaf tea. The Ceylon tea has great flavor but is not a bit bitter and has just enough astringency. The aroma is of mangoes and almost floral and the cup tastes of smooth tea and sweet mangoes.

Quite tart, hibiscus based tisane. Makes a very pretty ruby cup. Blueberry flavor is spot on, but not too intense.

  • Decaf Raspberry

Nice raspberry aroma and taste, but the Ceylon tea is too bitter and astringent for me.

  • Grapefruit Oolong

The oolong tea is so very smooth and soft. Lovely grapefruit aroma, with slightly less flavor, but a lasting taste of the tart fruit lingers.

  • Grapefruit

    

Deliciously flavored tea! The aroma is pure grapefruit that will wake up your senses. Brewed at a slightly lower temperature, the black tea is wonderfully flavorful without any bitterness. Smooth green tea with tasty cherry flavor. Dry, astringent finish but very refreshing.

  • Decaf Strawberry

    

Nice strawberry aroma and flavor. The tea has no bitterness and light astringency.

  • Blueberry

    

Lightly fruity blend. The tea comes through very well, with just a touch of blueberry.

  • Earl Grey Lavender

    

None of these ingredients are ones I prefer, but they are skillfully blended to work very nicely together. If you like bergamot and lavender, this is a good blend if brewed at a lower temperature to prevent the Ceylon's bitterness from coming out too much.

  • Pu-Erh Poe

    

Very dark, rich cup. Extremely smooth with no astringency or bitterness. Tastes like a damp day in a forest walking on leaves--earthy and warm and nicely smoky.

Very nice herbal tisane. Brews up to a very smooth cup with a sweet taste. Great alone or as a base for other herbs, tea or flavorings.

A greener oolong with a lovely floral aroma, smooth mouth feel and delicious flavor.

  • Pi Lo Chun

    

The floral aroma is quite light in my CommuniTEA cup. It brews up pale with a full body and distinctive green taste. It's interestingly sweet, with hints of mineral and wisps of smoke. Quite astringent on the finish.

  • Ginger

    

Very nice ginger flavor and aroma. The base tea is a little too astringent for me, but the bitterness can be minimized by brewing at a lower than boiling temperature. The ginger isn't spicy hot here, just very flavorful.

  • Decaf Ceylon

    

Very mellow without astringency or bitterness. Very light in flavor.

  • Raspberry Green

    

Nicely flavored green tea. The tea is smooth and has a nice full body for a green. The raspberry flavor is a little tart and very fruity. Nice fruity aroma.

  • Jasmine Silver Needle

    

Not being a fan of jasmine teas, I was pleasantly surprised to really enjoy this tea. The white tea is very tasty and balanced well with the aroma and taste of the jasmine flowers. The cup is smooth and silky and finishes crisply.

  • Ooooh Darjeeling

A lovely tea. The aroma is pure honey and it has a light fruity taste, very smooth mouth feel with good body and a light astringency to finish. Very nice!

  • Decaf Blueberry

    

Very nice tea with a hint of bitterness and a touch of astringency to make it quite flavorful. The aroma of blueberries is a bit stronger than the flavor, but it tastes great, and a little sweet, balancing the tea very well.

  • Turmeric Bliss

    

This brews up to a very pale yellow cup. Very little turmeric flavor (or color). Didn't taste any of the ginger, cinnamon, mango or peppercorns. Tastes of only orange. The aroma smells very soapy.

  • Yunnan Noir

    

This is a wonderful black tea. It's smooth and rich and full-flavored without a hint of bitterness.

  • Thai Chai

    

Excellent chai blend! It's not as robust as say a Masala Chai, but the tropical lemongrass and coconut really make for a special, aromatic blend. Very well-balanced with all flavors playing well together and none dominating.

  • Hunan Gold

    

Brews up to a nice gold color. Not a lot of aroma, but very flavorful. Tastes of nice green tea without harshness or grassiness. Distinct white grape flavor, with sweetness, but finishes very dry with some astringency. Refreshing.

  • Scottish Breakfast

    

This is a really great breakfast blend. It's strong, assertive and quite complex. It has a moderate amount of astringency but is not bitter.

  • White Ayurvedic Chai

    

Warming, gentle chai. The white tea is balanced with less spices than usual in a chai. Tastes and smells mostly of cinnamon and cloves. Unfortunately the tropical flavors did not come through at all.

  • Chocolate

    

Has a rich chocolate taste, but isn't strongly flavored. The base tea is quite astringent. I would probably like it better blended with other teas.

  • Tea-tox

    

Really nice blend. The rooibos and roots lend a grounded, earthy vibe with a smooth mouthfeel. The cinnamon isn't prominent, but adds some warmth. The main flavor and aroma is peppermint and it also leaves a clean, fresh aftertaste. Very nice blend.

  • Rooibos Lemon Cloud

    

Really delicious rooibos blend. It's earthy, a little nutty and full of vanilla and lemon flavor and aroma. A new favorite!

  • Pomegranate Green

    

Nice green tea. Very smooth and soft mouthfeel. Just enough astringency. No grassy or harsh flavors. The pomegranate flavor was very mild.

  • White Strawberry Basil

    

Tried this one in a CommuniTEA packet. Very nice blend. Smooth and soft and a little sweet with a nice strawberry aroma. No basil flavor, but really tasty.

  • Ginger Peach

    

Has a nice peachy aroma in the dry blend. Once brewed the peach/apricot flavor was pretty weak, with the ginger taking over. I'm not a fan of the base Ceylon tea, but it's better if brewed at a lower temperature. Quite astringent on the finish.

  • Teaster Marshmallow

    

Nice green rooibos tisane. Very smooth with a hint of apricot and vanilla.

  • Spearmint

    

Very nice mint! It's bold, and bright and smooth. The aroma will lift your spirits for sure.

  • Passionfruit Tango

    

Very interesting herbal blend. The dry ingredients smell very candy like, fruity and sweet. It brews up into a bright, deep red that's crystal clear. Would be really pretty over ice. When hot the aroma is predominantly of cinnamon. It tastes mostly of hibiscus and cinnamon with some lemongrass and is quite tart, but with a hint of sweet. The fruit flavor is definitely a background taste.

  • Gaucho Mate Chai

    

The mate taste doesn't come through very well over the spices. The predominant flavor was of cloves. No bitterness though.

  • Chocolate Chai

    

Makes a nice ginger and cinnamon chai. I don't taste the chocolate, but it probably is lending some smoothness and richness to the cup. No bitterness at all here. Brewed at 200° for a little longer than recommended to try to draw out some chocolate flavor, 7 minutes.

  • Casablanca Twist

    

Very refreshing mint tea. The darjeeling base gives it a nice rounded, full and rich taste. The peppermint tastes fresh and jaunty with a nice aroma. Great blend!

This tisane has a lot of aromas and flavors going on! Minty, fruity, floral and tangy all mixed up in a wonderful cup.

  • Foxtrot

    

Very nice chamomile and peppermint flavors mellowed by the rooibos. Not a fan of the vanilla taste though.

  • White Eternal Spring

    

Really excellent blend. All the components mesh really well together. The white tea base holds up the fruity flavor and the touch of floral. Very nicely blended. A touch of astringency at the finish makes it very refreshing.

  • Rooibos Caramel

    

Nice caramel aroma. Not very much flavor though. Probably would come through better if sweetened or creamer added. Smooth and delicious.

  • White Strawberry

    

Very nice light tea, with sweet aroma and tastes of vanilla and strawberries. Really enjoyable.

  • Apricot Green

    

Light, tasty green tea. The dry tea smells just like apricots, but the taste isn't very strong. The tea is still nice though. Pale liquor that's smooth and silky with a light green flavor.

  • Formosa Oolong

    

I prefer the less oxidized oolongs from Taiwan, but this an interesting cup. Mineral tastes with dry, brown leaves. Moderate astringency. Richly flavored.

  • Currant

    

Brewed at a lower temperature, the Ceylon tea did not get bitter. The dry leaves smell nicely of berries, but the brewed tea has a light berry flavor. Doesn't taste like fresh currants really though. Light astringency at the finish.

  • Ti Kuan Yin

    

Really delicious oolong. Lightly floral with a soft, full mouthfeel and a light mineral taste. Not grassy at all. Slight astringency at the finish making it a clean and refreshing cup. Holds up exceptionally to multiple infusions.

  • Mocha Nut Mate

    

Didn't taste any chocolate but it has a nice nutty flavor and hazelnut aroma. Smooth but the mate overwhelms the flavors with an earthy almost musty flavor.

Really nice, smooth black tea. Malty and rich without any bitterness.

  • Chamomile

  • Peach Oolong

Very nice, smooth green tea with aromatic jasmine. I really liked the tea, and enjoyed three infusions.

  • Chili Lime Green

    

Wonderful, aromatic blend. Smells of fresh lemon and lime and coconut. Smooth green tea base, without grassiness or too much astringency. The chili adds some zip, but not too much.

  • Chocolate Chai Pu Erh

    

Mild tea, mild spices. Tasted mostly cinnamon, a little cardamom and lots of clove. Didn't get much chocolate, but it probably contributed to the smoothness.

  • Peach Bellini

    

Unfortunately this one didn't hit the mark for me. The fruit flavors were missing except for the peach flavor which tasted very artificial with a chemical odor. Without any base tea, or herb, it was very one note.

  • Sleeping Dragon

    

My CommuniTEA cup today didn't taste much like the description but was still very nice. A somewhat grassy, vegetal tea with spinach flavors and lots of mineral at the finish. No smokiness or fruit was tasted. Brewed at 180° for 3 minutes.

  • Lemongrass

Delicious tisane with a strong lemon aroma and wonderful, naturally sweet lemon flavor. No bitterness or savory tastes. Just a nice lemon cup.

  • Spiced Apple Chai

    

  • Melonberry Green

    

Just not my cup of tea I guess. The green tea didn't come through as much as I would have liked, although it was a very nice tea flavor without lots of grassiness and little astringency. The watermelon is an odd flavor in tea for me, but it was very much present, along with the sweet berry taste. Probably better iced; I only had it hot.

  • Pu-erh Hazelberry

    

Delightful tea. Smooth, smooth, smooth. Not a trace of bitterness or astringency. Very rich with light berry notes and lots of hazelnut flavor.

Tastes strongly of caramel, with some chocolate and a nice black tea base. The tea isn't bitter, and has just a little astringency.

  • Milk Oolong

    

These very tightly rolled leaves unfurl into full leaves, filling the teapot. Full, rich and creamy mouthfeel. Initial sips had a light mineral and sodium taste, but the remainder were of a delicate flavor. Very little aroma of the leaves or in the cup, but a very nice oolong.

  • Mandarin Green

    

Delicious, mild green tea perfectly paired with a light citrus. The tea is not grassy or harsh at all; it's very smooth. The citrus added is just a touch so it doesn't overwhelm the tea. Very nice balance of flavors.

  • Tropical Coconut

    

Beautifully fragrant and exceptionally tasty tea. The oolong tea is delicate, but makes a great base for the added fruits. The aroma is of the tea, a little fruit and some coconut. And the taste is just wonderful: light, but rich mouthfeel oolong with some sweet pineapple, and earthy-sweet coconut.

  • Blackberry Sage Oolong

    

Very nice blend. Lightly fruity, with sage being the predominant flavor along with the tea.

  • Jump Start

What an unusual blend! It has a pleasantly soft smoky aroma. The tea and mate blend well and make a cup without a hint of bitterness that is rich and complex and malty.

  • Decaf Spice

    

This is a very nice spiced, but not spicy black tea. The Ceylon tea is not astringent, and the spices are well-balanced. Very nice for when caffeine isn't needed.

  • Double Ginger

    

Very nice, spunky ginger tea with some peppercorn zing. Didn't taste the fruit ingredients, but would be nice with lemon or honey or maybe mixed with black tea.

  • Dragonwell

Really like this one! It makes a nice strong, malty cup but is not bitter at all. Just a little astringency at the finish.

  • White Blueberry

    

Very aromatic and delicious flavored tea. The blueberry flavor is delightful melded with the crisp, delicate white tea. Slightly astringent finish. Yummy!

  • Almond

    

The Ceylon tea base is just too bitter for me. Brewed at 212 for 4 minutes. Very astringent also. The almond flavor is very subtle.

  • Summer Night

    

Aroma of artificial orange. Very faint flavor of orange and some mint. Artificial aftertaste. Tried as a sample packet so perhaps some bits were missing.

  • Pu-erh Tahiti

    

Fabulous blend. It's lightly floral, fruity, earthy and very, very smooth. No hint of bitterness or astringency. Love this one!

  • Matcha Mate Grapefruit

    

Perfect blend for me. It brews up to a dark yellow, cloudy cup with a hint of green. The aroma of grapefruit is lovely and invigorating. The taste of grapefruit comes through but is not overpowering. Mate and tea are blended together to make a very smooth mouthfeel with a bit of astringency to finish the sip. Very clean tasting with no grassy flavors. I've found a new favorite!

  • Raspberry

    

Aroma of the dry tea is strong and candy-like and smells just like raspberries. When brewed at 212 for 3 minutes, the black tea was a bit too strong for me. It's very astringent leaving a dry mouth finish. The raspberry flavor is a little sweet and also quite tart and very tasty.

  • Silver Sprout

    

Very nice, mellow green tea. Has a very smooth mouthfeel, a tiny bit of smokiness and is a touch sweet. Just a bit of mineral flavor and clean astringency. Brews to a beautiful yellow, slightly green color.

  • Rooibos Earl Grey

    

A very pretty blend with the rusty red rooibos and the blue cornflowers. Lighter than usual bergamot flavor and a little orange flavor. Good if you're looking for a decaf Earl Grey, but not a favorite of mine.

  • Rooibos Nutcracker

    

This tea is really scrumptious. It's rich, and naturally sweet with a full-body. All the flavors come through with the caramel and nuttiness dominating. A wonderful, caffeine-free treat.

  • Honeybush Blueberry Pancake

    

Nice smooth tea with most prominent flavor of maple, like in a maple-flavored syrup, not the real thing. Light blueberry taste.

  • Candy Cane

    

Nice minty tea, but doesn't quite taste like candy canes.

  • Masala Chai

    

Great classic chai flavor. Lots of spice, but not one dominating the others; blended very well. I enjoyed this by itself, and also with a little oat milk. Be sure to use enough tea to make it strong!

  • Christmas

    

Spices are a bit lighter in this than other blends. But no one flavor dominates which is nice. The base tea is quite bitter and astringent though, so not my favorite.

  • White Chai

    

Loved this blend of tea, spices and fruit. Everything is nicely balanced for a pale cup of sweet, spicy, and fruity flavors. Very nice!

  • Yuletide Toddy

    

Very nice, fruity, tart tea with a hint of spice. Probably great iced, too.

  • Cocomint Green

    

The green tea in this has a fairly strong vegetal/savory flavor. It is a bit too strong for the mint and chocolate flavors. The mint is delicious. The chocolate tastes a little off or artificial.

  • Chestnut

    

Wonderful, earthy tea. Not bitter at all, and would be wonderful as a base to a blend with other flavors, but is great all by itself.

  • Honeybush Mango

    

The perfect pairing of flavors with sweet and smooth honeybush and juicy, tangy sweet mango. Very nice blend.

  • Gingerbread

    

Very astringent black tea with little gingerbread flavor, although the aroma was nice. Clove flavor strong.

  • Vanilla Oolong

The oolong tea is nice, very smooth. Almost no vanilla aroma or flavor though.

  • Spiced Green

    

Lightly spiced green tea. Didn't taste any orange flavor; mostly tasted of clove, but was very nice.

  • Pomegranate Grove

    

A delicious and sprightly herbal. It's a fabulous fuchsia color with tart and sweet and tangy and warming notes. Smells of spiced cider, but tastes of pomegranate and hibiscus.

  • Pu-erh Chorange

    

Really enjoyed the smooth, mellow pu-ehr used in this blend. The orange and chocolate aromas are nice, but there was almost no chocolate taste. The orange flavoring tasted ok, but left an artificial aftertaste for me.

  • Golden Flower

    

This is a wonderful oolong with a light flavor, buttery mouthfeel and lovely floral aromas. A second infusion is nearly as good.

  • Earl Grey Moonlight

    

Smooth tea. The vanilla and creme take the edge off the bergamot flavor.

  • Green Assam

    

Very smoky. Very little green tea flavor and no fruity or floral notes at all.

  • Earl Grey Bella Luna

    

Smooth black tea taste. A little coconut initially, but overwhelming bergamot. Added honey, but then the coconut disappeared and the tanginess of the citrus became prominent.

  • Cucumber White

    

Too light for me; could barely taste any flavor in it. If it was stronger, I'd probably love it.

  • Honeybush Vanilla

    

The honeybush seems to be either just weak or old. Vanilla flavor has an artificial taste and aroma to it. Not terrible, but somehow off.

  • MILK OOLONG FULL-LEAF

    

Absolutely love this rich, smooth tea. It has an amazing fruity, slightly floral aroma and tastes great. Very creamy and soft without any hint of grassiness or bitter.

Love this unusual mint blend. It has a lovely forest taste to it with a little astringency.

  • MINT MEDLEY

    

This is a wonderful mint tea and one I drink frequently, hot and cold. It's very refreshing and uplifting without caffeine. The lemon, hibiscus and rose hips add some tartness and bright spots to the perfect mix of peppermint and spearmint. And it's inexpensive! If you like mint, you'll love this one.

  • Sagittarius

    

I'm not a big fan of Earl Grey teas but the bergamot is a supporting player here and not overwhelming. Upon opening the tin, the scent of raspberry is very enjoyable and does not have the artificial smell many teas do. Makes you want to brew a cup immediately! The taste is lightly fruity with a touch of floral and balanced beautifully. Really enjoyed this one even though I expected not to!

Wonderful chai like blend. Full of flavor, but not bitter at all.

  • Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride

Not much flavor at all and very bland. Tried steeping two bags per cup, but it didn't improve. Too subtle for me.

  • Calm Chamomile

Mellow chamomile tea . Not as much aroma as I'd like. Interesting mix of light flavors.

  • Wild Berry Zinger

    

My favorite of the Celestial Seasonings Zinger varieties. The tart hibiscus shines with lots of berry flavor as well. Makes a beautiful red tea.

  • Chamomile Citrus Tea Pouches

    

Very nice chamomile blend. The other ingredients are added in just the right proportions to not overpower the chamomile, but they add lots of flavor. Very fresh tasting.

  • Fairy Tales (bags)

    

The Sleeping Beauty tea is wonderful. A delicate floral aroma. Makes an orange-amber tea that is very smooth, naturally sweet and it doesn't have even a hint of bitterness. A new favorite for me.

  • SWEET DREAMS TEA BAGS

    

The mint really brings a brightness to the chamomile and the hibiscus adds a little tanginess. One of my favorite inexpensive teas for drinking any time throughout the day. Doesn't make me sleepy.
