This is a good, basic matcha powder, for people who haven't tried it. it's not as flavor forward as I'd like or heavy on the matcha, and it's lightly sweetened. I like to mix two teaspoons in some almond milk or coconut milk and make a matcha latte, just run it through a blender and pour over ice.
This is a good refreshing tea, it's kind of juicy, if it makes sense. A good balance of sweet/tart, and light, too. Don't brew too long or it becomes extremely bitter, but it's a good, light, white tea.
It's a good tea that does help you sleep, but the taste of valerian is difficult to overcome. The minty flavor helps somewhat, but it requires a lot of honey or other sweetener to get past, personally.
