Matcha Raspberry
Ordered the Matcha sampler box and tried the raspberry first. Unfortunately, the box doesn't include directions on how to make the tea, and I used the tea infuser the first time. Had to throw out the first cup because the tea didn't dissolve that way. The 2nd only came out slightly better because I didn't know it was best to put tea thru a strainer because it clumps together otherwise. After Googling how to brew the matcha tea, I ordered the other items I'd need (whisk, strainer, and a matcha cup for mixing). I liked the taste of the raspberry matcha, and combined with the health benefits of drinking matcha tea, that led me to order the matcha accessories.

This tea is absolutely perfect. Sweetened with a little bit of the rock sugar crystals, and it was wonderful on this cold day!
