Scottish Breakfast
This is my favorite black tea. It's strong and bold, without being bitter. It's not fussy to brew, it's good on the lighter end and also doesn't get aggressively bitter if you leave the tea brewing too long. I get sad when I run out of this tea.

Earl Grey Bravo
This is a solid Earl Grey. It gets a bit bitter if you brew it too long (which I'm guilty of while multitasking and forgetting that my tea is brewing) but about 3min does the trick nicely. I've been enjoying it with a splash of vanilla simple syrup, and it's delightful.
