Decaf RaspberryA good blend of a mild not very astringent black tea and a slightly tart yet still light raspberry flavor. The black tea is not overpowering even though the flavor of the raspberry is quite light. Very reminiscent of the type of flavor you would get from raspberry dark chocolate, slightly bitter from the black tea, slightly tart from the raspberry, heavier than a delicate white or green tea but still lighter tasting and feeling for a black tea, all around a delight!
-
ORANGE SPICEI was expecting a fresh type of citrus note and got a face full of lemongrass, I personally do not like lemongrass and it usually hurts my throat halfway through the cup
-
TOASTED RICENutty, savory, slightly bitter, wonderful, I LOVE toasted rice tea and am so glad to have found this bagged version, pairs perfectly with a rich dinner that is on the fattier side or has vegetal tasting notes such as sushi or salmon
-
Matcha Toasted RiceLovely blend of two of my favorite teas, the toasted rice gives a wonderful savory note to the sencha and the matcha further enhances the natural but not overpowering bitterness of the sencha
-
AGED EARL GREYI usually really dislike earl grey teas but this one I found to be slightly more tolerable and interesting because of the addition of the citrus note, will definitely recommend people who enjoys earl grey to give this a try, it's definitely an interesting twist on a classic flavor profile
-
MOROCCAN MINTGood balance of flavors, mint isn't overpowering or too subtle, a great take on a classic flavor
-
GOLDEN CHAIDecently balanced chai that isn't too spicy or too savory, handles milk/cream and sweetener very well, makes a wonderful chai latte
-
BREAKFAST BLENDGood and balanced generic breakfast blend tea, not too strong or astringent, handles milk or creamer well
-
PEACH TRANQUILITY HERBAL TEAChamomile is too strong in this tea for me and the peach was kind of artificial tasting to me, just okay
-
PUMPKIN SPICE BRULEE OOLONG TEADecent pumpkin spice type of flavor, the pumpkin doesn't come through as much as the spices do which is to be as expected, it was good but oolong was a strange base for this tea
-
YOUTHBERRY WHITE TEAFruity but mostly tart, it doesn't taste as freshly fruity as it smells, only good iced
-
MAHARAJA CHAI/SAMURAI CHAI TEA BLENDReally love and miss this tea, my father still has some left and we are hesitant to finish it, full of a comforting and warming chai flavor without being too savory or overbearing on spice, is good iced too but better hot
-
Honeybush Pumpkin ChaiWhen steeped long enough for the sweet flavor of the honeybush to balance out the spices in this tea blend this makes for fall in a cup! It takes a big of figuring out how long you personally like to steep this one and trust me it's worth it
-
Raspberry PatchTart berry flavor, wonderful rich and tart when brewed hot and slightly sweeter with more identifiable raspberry flavor when cold brewed, definitely a must have for summer and a comforting fruity way to end my night in winter!
-
Rooibos CocomintSmells like mint chocolate candies, the mint is strong but not overpowering and the chocolate comes through nicely at the end, the mint definitely hits first and the chocolate follows directly after and leaves a very satisfying light mint and sweet chocolate flavor. I was looking to replace my Teavana white chocolate peppermint for so long and I tried so many different teas and this is finally the one I feel is the closest replacement!
-
Glazed Lemon Loaf Herbal TeaThe licorice in this overpowers most of its other flavors, you get a hint of lemon and that is it
-
Chai Vanilla Caramel LatteVery yummy concentrate for lattes, it is on the sweeter side but makes for a good dessert latte
-
Vanilla Bean MacaronAnother tea I had high hopes for that was ruined by the licorice root in it, I couldn't even taste vanilla because of how overpowering the licorice was
-
Chai Pumpkin SpiceThe licorice root in this tea is so overpowering that you get maybe a hint of artificial pumpkin flavor and some generic warmth from spices but the licorice root unfortunately really dominates in this tea
-
PassionThis I can only drink cold brewed and mixed with lemonade, when I do that it is very tasty, but if I brew this hot the lemongrass and licorice make this undrinkable because it becomes so acidic and sour and the licorice leaves that bizarre back of mouth sweetness that I can't do it, but cold brewed is wonderful
-
Apricot Vanilla CremeWonderfully fruity and creamy without the flavors being too heavy or tasting artificial, tastes sort of like the milky peach candies found in asian grocery stores but as a tea!
-
Chai OraganicGreat for making your own chai concentrate if you don't want or don't have the liquid chai concentrate in your home!
-
ZenJust okay, the lemongrass isn't overpowering, you mostly taste the grassiness of the green tea but it is all around a very light flavor
-
Butterscotch BlondieThis could have been delightful but the licorice is just so strong and unpleasant
-
Chai ClassicVery good for making your own concentrate so you can have chai lattes at home, very warming but not too savory, perfect balance
-
CranberryVery fitting for the winter season, love that this actually tastes like cranberry without tasting artificial or compromising the black tea flavor, the black tea is also not too strong or overpowering and compliments the cranberry nicely, you can sort of taste a hint of the earthiness of the raspberry leaf but it isn't enough to be bothersome
-
Organic Baked Cinnamon AppleJust okay, the apple flavor is very artificial and artificially sweet in a bizarre way that feels weird in the back of the mouth
-
Chai Organic LattePerfect chai concentrate, always have to have some in my fridge during the colder months!
-
Organic Peach CobblerThis tea is not bad in flavor but is just all around very very strong, it definitely tastes of a natural peach and black tea but the flavors are so bold and can become too intense very easily
-
Sweet Cinnamon SpiceThis tea was okay until the licorice taste hit me, if the licorice wasn't in here it would have been a great spicy tea but the licorice ruined it for me
-
Berry Blossom WhiteTastes like a wonderfully light white tea with blueberry, the blueberry flavor is very natural and slightly sweet
-
Wild Sweet OrangeThis tea steeps up so acidic that it hurts my throat about halfway through the cup, you can't really taste the licorice in this thankfully but that is only due to how strong of a lemongrass acidity you get from this tea
-
Jasmine Blossom Green TeaPretty good run of the mill jasmine green tea, tastes very good paired with lemonade in the summer
-
Sweet HoneydewThis has been my second favorite honeydew tea for a long time but now that my favorite has been discontinued I have happily placed this one in its place in my cabinet, the honeydew flavor tastes very natural which is why I love it so much
-
Moroccan Mint Green TeaNice and calming, the mint is present but not overpowering and the green tea pairs with it well, I usually hate lemongrass in teas but I don't notice it as much in this one
-
Pumpkin Spice Decaf Black TeaA pretty solid bagged pumpkin spice tea, this is my second favorite out of the pumpkin teas I've tried because this one doesn't taste like artificial pumpkin like so many other pumpkin teas do
-
GingerbreadThis flavored tea is very light in flavor and the gingerbread can be easy to miss. The black tea is not overpowering or too strong but definitely present while there's a warming mild ginger flavor that is accompanied by a sweet bread/cookie type ending flavor. The first few times I tried this I completely missed the gingerbread flavor and now that I've thoughtfully drank more of it I finally got the gingerbread flavor I was looking for, it is still very light but in a pleasant way.
-
Thai TeaThe coconut and vanilla flavors barely come out, this tastes mostly of black tea with a slight hint of spice from the cardamom and a little bit of coconut at the back of the mouth, I've yet to try it with milk but I don't see that making a phenomenal difference with this one
-
Jump StartFlavor wise this tea is just okay, the cocoa, kola nut, and cinnamon don't really come through you mostly taste earthy mate, this is definitely a very energizing tea though!
-
Tiger EyeVery light chocolate and caramel flavor, not enough to feel like a full dessert tea but makes a wonderful slightly sweet treat especially when made into a latte
-
Mocha Nut MateThe hazelnut works well with the naturally earthy flavor of the mate, the chocolate is kind of lost to me but the other flavors work so well together I don't really mind, love starting my morning with this one!
-
Decaf Hazelnut Cinnamon CremeThe nuttiness from the hazelnut and the cream flavors work so well together to create a perfect blend that feels like you are drinking a decadent dessert, absolutely in love with this one!
-
ButterscotchVery good and natural butterscotch flavor with a light natural sweetness that satisfies my creamy butterscotch candy cravings!
-
Maple Creme OolongVery satisfying, yummy, and sweet, this tea tastes like a creamy maple flavored truffle in a cup, and none of the flavors taste artificial at all
-
Honeybush Banana NutAbsolutely amazing! This tea tastes almost exactly how my boyfriends banana nut muffins taste! The honeybush adds a delightful sweetness to enhance the banana and the nuttiness is not overpowering in anyway and works well with the banana, I did find that I had to steep it extra long to get that satisfying flavor though so now the shortest steep time I use for this tea is 30 minutes!
-
Caramel Apple DreamGood and has a back of mouth natural sweetness to it which is nice for when I crave something caramel flavored and don't want to consume actual caramel, this will curdle caramel sauce though!
-
Black Cherry BerryYummy hot with a very natural black cherry flavor that reminds me of the inside filling of a cherry pie!
-
Sugar Cookie Sleigh RideVery good, I think this is the closest any tea could get to a real sugar cookie flavor, it does have a very cookie dough mouth feel to it though, it takes milk well even though it has orange peel in it which surprised me but I am happy about!
-
Bengal SpiceVery savory and spicy chai, makes a wonderful latte, my boyfriend has fallen in love with it so we always have it at home now!
-
Wild Berry ZingerA very yummy mixed fruit tea that reminds me of the filling of a mixed berry pie when I have it hot!
-
Country Peach PassionLove this hot or iced, very natural peach flavor, the chamomile isn't overpowering in anyway which makes this a nice relaxing tea for those of us who don't like this taste of chamomile but want it's soothing properties
-
True BlueberryAbsolutely love this hot or iced, it smells like fruity pebbles and tastes like blueberry juice!
-
Candy Cane LaneA very good mix of peppermint and vanilla that creates what I expect a liquified candy cane to taste like without the vast amount of sugar in actual candy canes, definitely love this
-
Gingerbread SpiceA very good blend of gingerbread and spiciness from the chai spices, this is a lot less savory than some of their other chais but that is why I prefer this one, nice and festive and takes milk very well
-
Vermont Maple GingerExcellent on its own or as a latte, this is one of my favorite teas hands down, when steeped at 5 minutes I think it is a bit weak but when steeped for an extended time closer to 15-25 minutes the maple and ginger flavors come out much stronger and take milk wonderfully as well as maple syrup as a sweetener
-
Pumpkin Spice ChaiThe only pumpkin tea I enjoy so far, the pumpkin in this tea tastes very natural and not artificial at all, the spices blend well with the pumpkin without being too savory or spicy
-
Spiced Apple ChaiNice natural apple flavor and a hint of spice, the chai spices do not overwhelm the apple and the apple is not too sweet and definitely does not taste artificial, my favorite apple tea so far!
-
forever flawlessThe only green tea I have loved from Davids, I only like this one iced, there is a slight sweetness to it and the ginger is there but not overwhelming, I thankfully cannot taste the green tea in this at all
-
Lychee BelliniVery yummy, tastes like lychee and strawberry which I LOVE it is pretty sweet by itself which makes sense for the lychee and the black tea is not overpowering at all
-
MelonadeThis is only good if you steep it for a very short time period or else the green tea becomes too apparent, goes bitter, and overpowers the other flavors, but at 1-2 minutes the melon is present and the green tea takes a good back seat
-
electric lemonadeThis tea was alright but not amazing or overly impressive, generic acidic tart flavor that doesn't necessarily scream lemonade but wasn't bad
-
BIRTHDAY CAKEVery yummy as a latte, it is very sweet but is definitely reminiscent of vanilla birthday cake, I love adding milk so the vanilla and sweetness also becomes creamy!
-
just peachyThe peach flavor is very artificial and never fails to give me a raging headache, I have this issue with white peach as well, very sad because I love peach flavors!
-
CHOCOLATE ROCKETWonderful! Tastes like a raspberry cream truffle! Takes milk very well and makes a good latte as well as being good on its own!
-
BUDDHA'S BLENDVery good when steeped correctly, the instructions Davids gives do not produce a good result with this tea but once I figured out how long and at what temperature to properly steep this it was very good, very nice subtle peach flavor mixed with white tea
-
green passionfruitThere was no passionfruit flavor to me at all, all I could taste was bitter green tea of poor quality, I tried this tea so many different ways because I LOVE passionfruit but this was disappointing every time
-
blackberry blizzardJust okay, has a generic fruity flavor to it and doesn't scream blackberry specifically but it isn't bad
-
rainbow sherbetUnderwhelming, tastes like if you put a single skittle into a bottle of water, kind of fruity but mostly watery and you can't add more tea or steep it for a longer time because it goes bitter if you do so
-
sticky rice oolongVery good, tastes extremely reminiscent of actual sticky rice, sad they discontinued it but I found a replacement I'll be happy to continue drinking now that I know this is a good flavor!
-
FOREVER NUTSThis one took a few cups before I came to enjoy it, it tastes very heavy of cinnamon and with a little milk tastes close to a snickerdoodle
-
banana nut breadPretty good especially when steeped for an extended period of time, becomes like a dessert! My only problem is since this is a heavy tea you do not get much for your money with this one
-
smores chaiMakes a wonderful latte that tastes very reminiscent of smore's, the spices expected from a chai are not present flavor wise, this tea on its own feels like it is missing something so I almost always add a dash of milk, keep in mind this tea all around is pretty sweet
-
MINT CHOCOLATE ROOIBOSJust okay, kind of underwhelming in chocolate and peppermint flavor and the rooibos always tastes old
-
GUAVA CADABRAThis was my first favorite from Davids tea and I am so sad it was discontinued, it makes the best iced tea that tastes sweet and the guava comes through quite well
-
QUANGZHOU MILK OOLONGI love milk oolong but there are two kinds and this is the cheaper and less authentic type which makes the price point of it at Davids really disappointing, you can get this same oolong for much better prices elsewhere because the way Davids processes this tea is the same way cheap milk oolongs are processed in Asia, because this is the more artificial way of processing the milk oolong the flavor was just okay
-
cool eucalyptusThe eucalyptus is pretty strong but the fruit still comes through, it's just an okay tea with very strong eucalyptus and subtle fruitiness
-
Rainbow LemonadeUnderwhelming, expected a blast of fruity flavor but it was quite weak and becomes bitter very fast even if you steep at the recommended time and use more tea it becomes bitter, was hoping for better
-
peach matchaMy favorite flavored matcha from Davids, the peach flavor is very apparent and while it is very sweet on its own since most of the matcha blend is sugar it holds up very well to unsweetened milk alternatives
-
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PARFAITVery nice and tart fruity iced tea, this sort of replaced strawberry colada for me when Davids discontinued it
-
CHOCOLATE MACAROONMakes a good latte but is pretty weak on its own and has the same powdery feel as most other chocolate flavored teas from Davids
-
SWAMPWATERThis tea had a very bizarre fruity type of tartness to it that when mixed with the rooibos tasted rancid rather than actually nutty and fruity how I thought a fruit flavored rooibos should taste, not good at all
-
Miami MelonThis tasted nothing of melon, it tasted like sugar and plastic, very gross, was only good when mixed with a tea that was too tart and acidic on its own like pink lemonade and even then it was barely palatable
-
honey ginseng defenceThe honey, ginseng, and ginger work very well together to make a balanced slightly sweet and slightly warming tea, love this when I feel sick!
-
raspberry cream pieTastes like a dessert and makes a delicious latte! The white chocolate and raspberry combine very well to make a creamy raspberry truffle flavor!
-
caribbean crushOne of my favorites to make iced, this tea tastes like a tropical hard candy and never disappoints!
-
cherry blossomI did not enjoy this tea, it was very bitter and tart in an unpleasing way no matter how I made it
-
mango fruit punchThis is one of my favorite teas to make iced, I love mango and this hands down hits the spot when I crave a mango iced tea, very flavorful too so you don't need a crazy amount!
-
blueberry matchaThis flavored matcha is just okay, the blueberry flavor isn't very pronounced and it instead just tastes like a subtly berry flavored sweet fruit matcha
-
Coco ColadaYUM I love this tea! It's wonderfully tropical and tastes like a pina colada, if you want a treat mix it with carribean crush and make it iced SO GOOD! My only criticism is that this tea is sort of weak so you need to use a lot of it to get a good flavor payout
-
white peachPeach flavor is very artificial and whatever they use for peach flavoring gives me a HUGE headache because I have this issue with Just Peachy too
-
magic potionVery good berry flavors and fun purple color, the stevia doesn't bother me as much in this tea but I NEED to squeeze half a lemon into it because it is too sweet without lemon juice, even lemonade makes it too sweet
-
vanilla matchaPretty good, vanilla flavor is solid, lots of sugar in this though and it gets expensive fast so I prefer to add vanilla soy milk to regular matcha instead even though this one tastes good
-
maple matchaThis is decent, the maple flavor comes off very artificial and kind of smoky, I prefer adding maple syrup to a straight matcha myself but this showed me that maple and matcha can go well together
-
maple syrup oolongThe maple syrup flavor was very artificial and paired with the stevia that I was told WAS NOT in this tea left a very gross syrupy coating in my mouth and back of my throat reminiscent of when you drink too much soda
-
PINK LEMONADELoved this when I first got it but it very quickly became too tart and acidic for my throat to enjoy, also the guide helping me assured me that they used no sweeteners and low and behold I find stevia in this which gives me intense headaches
-
honeycrisp appleAll of the fruity ingredients are overpowered by what tastes like a very low quality very bitter green tea, no matter how I tried this it ended up bitter and disappointing
-
sweet tartHands down one of my FAVORITE iced teas, I LOVE the tartness from the hibiscus it pairs well with the cherry flavor
-
CREME CARAMEL ROOIBOSWould be decent if the rooibos wasn't old every time I tried this tea, I much prefer Adagio's caramel rooibos because their rooibos never tastes old or "expired"
-
tulsi tranquilityTulsi very quickly overpowered the rest of the ingredients and flavors in this tea and made it taste more medicinal and herbal rather than fruity
-
cotton candyLOVE this tea, especially as a dessert latte, keep in mind it is VERY sweet though!
-
Cherry LucumaCherry flavor was very artificial and the entire tea tasted like a bad cough syrup, aside from that oolong was a very strange base to pick for this tea I would expect cherry flavored teas to be herbal, this just didn't work well at all
-
gaba guavaReally gross, most of Davids green teas I don't like because the green tea they use tastes of lower quality, goes bitter very fast, and overpowers any flavor put into it, this unfortunately was no exception
-
english toffeeReally gross, bitter and powdery no matter how I tried it, even turning this tea into a sweetened latte didn't help, disappointed because it smelled quite good
-
MAGIC DRAGONVery yummy iced and cold steeped, dragon fruit and kiwi come through to make a wonderful tropical iced tea different from most other usual flavors you find for iced tea, sad it was discontinued!
-
honeydew matchaHoneydew flavor tastes artificial but not in a bad or off putting way, the matcha itself is mostly sugar so it is very sweet, this is the only matcha I've ever had that I do not like with milk, it reminds me a lot of the artificial honeydew milk teas from cheaper boba chains
-
strawberry coladaVery good tart tropical coconut and strawberry flavor, I LOVE this iced
-
PUMPKIN CHAIPumpkin flavor is very artificial and the "chai" flavors don't come through at all there is no spice, it just tastes like a normal black tea with very artificial pumpkin flavoring.
-
chocolate covered almondThis tea is honestly just okay, it makes a decent latte. The chocolate and almond come through in a bizarre almost alcohol type way which isn't bad but can become overwhelming after drinking it too often.
